Solo Startup

When the time came to leave Dilbert-land I made an agreement with my CFO that if I didn’t become profitable within six months I would again don the khakis and head back to working for the pointy-haired boss. (Sorry for the Dilbert references. It’s who I am.) So at the five month mark, with my resume updated, I started a rather unmotivated job search in the hopes that my business would revive. It did…barely. But I was thankful for “barely” and here I am still in business as a solo entrepreneur.

And now with one whole year of experience I am happy to announce Solo Startup - Resources for Solo Entrepreneurs. I want Solo Startup to be a launch pad for resources and information about starting a business with an emphasis on solo entrepreneurs. It will hopefully be as much of a benefit for me as it will be for the rest of you soloists.
